​Chris Grant Jr. is a multi-disciplinary creative executive, producer, and storyteller with over a decade of experience at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and brand media. As the Founder and CEO of The GLMG, he leads a full-service content production company specializing in video production, content development, and social media strategy for brands, professionals, and organizations that demand a premium standard of work.

Chris’s career spans some of the most recognized names in media and culture. He is best known as the voice of Tyrone on Nickelodeon’s Emmy Award-winning animated series The Backyardigans, a role that placed him at the center of one of children’s television’s most celebrated productions.

In 2020, the City of Boston called on Chris to produce its Annual Heritage Celebration virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic — a large-scale civic production featuring prominent figures, including poet Amanda Gorman and multiple musical artists, delivered under tight government timelines and to broadcast-quality standards under Mayor Marty Walsh’s administration. Drawing on his formal training as an audio engineer from Berklee College of Music, Chris ensured every element of the production met the standard the occasion demanded.

Beyond his documentary and civic work, Chris is the creator and host of Granted Geek with Chris Grant Jr., a technology-focused YouTube channel that ranked in the top 10% of creators globally by viewership in 2021.
